  1. ACCEPTANCE

Any person who accesses this website, including the web pages that comprise it (hereinafter “Website”) assumes the role of user or customer (“User” or “Users”), committing themselves to strict observance and compliance with the provisions set out here, as well as to any other legal provision that may apply.

The service provider reserves the right to modify any type of information that may appear on the website, without any obligation to give prior notice or inform users of such obligations, with publication on the service provider's website being understood as sufficient.

  1. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

The User undertakes to make proper use of the Website in accordance with the Law and with these conditions. The User will be liable to Verifarma or to third parties for any damages that may be caused as a result of the breach of this obligation.

The use of the Website for purposes harmful to the property or interests of Verifarma or third parties or that in any other way overload, damage or disable Verifarma's networks, servers and other computer equipment (hardware) or computer products and applications (software) of Verifarma or third parties is expressly prohibited.

The User undertakes to use the Contents in accordance with the Law and this legal notice, as well as with any other conditions, regulations and instructions that, if applicable, may apply.

For illustrative purposes only, the User, in accordance with current legislation, must refrain from:

  • Do not disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that constitutes illegal or unfair advertising.

  • Do not transmit unsolicited or authorized advertising, advertising material, “junk mail”, “chain letters”, “pyramid structures”, or any other form of solicitation.

  • Do not introduce or disseminate any false, ambiguous or inaccurate information and content in a way that misleads the recipients of the information.

  • Do not impersonate other Users using their registration keys to the different services and/or contents of the Website.

  • Do not disseminate, transmit or make available to third parties any type of information, element or content that violates the intellectual and industrial property rights, patents, trademarks or copyrights that correspond to Verifarma or third parties.

  • To keep Verifarma harmless from any possible claim, fine, penalty or sanction that it may be forced to endure as a result of non-compliance with any of the rules of use indicated above, and we also reserve the right to seek compensation for appropriate damages.

4.3 Data Collection Forms. Need for registration.

In general, to access and browse the contents of the Website, registration is not necessary. However, the use of certain services and content may be subject to prior registration.

All information provided by the User through the forms on the Website for the above purposes, or any other, must be true. For these purposes, the User guarantees the authenticity of all the data they communicate and will keep the information provided to Verifarma perfectly updated so that it responds, at all times, to the real situation of the User. If links or hyperlinks to other Internet sites are available on www.verifarma, Verifarma will not exercise any type of control over those sites and contents. Under no circumstances will Verifarma assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to a third party website, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, comprehensiveness, veracity, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any of these hyperlinks or other Internet sites.

Internet users who want to insert links from their own web pages to the Verifarma Website must request express authorization to do so.

The use of any Verifarma wordmark, figurative mark or any other distinctive sign on the sender's page is prohibited, except in cases expressly authorized by Verifarma.

Access to the Website does not imply an obligation on the part of Verifarma to verify the veracity, accuracy, appropriateness, suitability, completeness and timeliness of the information provided through it.

5.3 On the availability of the Service

Verifarma is not responsible for damages of any kind caused to the User caused by failures or disconnections in the telecommunications networks that result in the suspension, cancellation or interruption of the Website service during the provision of the same or previously.

  1. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION

The User accepts that the legislation applicable to the operation of this service is Spanish, and is subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the user's place of residence for the resolution of differences that arise from the interpretation or application of this clause.
