In Argentina, Veriquim is the solution geared towards all the operators acting in the distribution chain of Chemical Substances set forth in Decrees 1095/96 and 1161/00, regulated by resolution 900/12 created by the National Registry of Chemical Precursors (Registro Nacional de Precursores Químicos) (RENPRE) and the Secretariat of Integral Policies on Drugs of the Argentine Nation (Secretaría de Programación para la Prevención de la Drogadicción y la Lucha contra el Narcotráfico (SEDRONAR)

El sistema registra la recepción-compra de precursores químicos con los siguientes datos obligatorios exigidos por SEDRONAR: GTIN y Cantidad
En una segunda etapa, se permitirá en forma opcional, registrar adicionalmente: N° de Lote y N° de Serie (en caso de que lo hubiere)
El sistema permite el alta de distintos almacenes donde se reciben los precursores químicos (ej.: Almacén laboratorio de análisis bioquímicos, almacén anatomía patológica, etc.). En la recepción se define el almacén de destino. Se permiten movimientos entre almacenes.
Uso interno El precursor químico es utilizado en usos internos del cliente (Ej.: laboratorio de análisis, mantenimiento, limpieza, etc.). El sistema permite registrar los consumos por envase completo o parcialmente indicando la cantidad utilizada en cada caso.
El sistema registra las devoluciones de precursores químicos hacia los proveedores.
Se informa a SEDRONAR-RENPRE todos los eventos realizados, el sistema los transmitirá de forma online a través del WebService definido por RENPRE.
Para la realización del informe trimestral exigido por SEDRONAR, el sistema descargará la información desde el Sistema Nacional de Trazabilidad y generará el archivo en el formato establecido para su emisión.
